We are dedicated to providing the children in our care with a strong foundation for life, and believe that a quality Early Years education provides children with the best opportunity to achieve their full potential whilst at nursery and in their futures. We offer a safe, stimulating, challenging and imaginative environment both indoors and outdoors in which children will be encouraged to become independent and confident learners.
We aim to provide a happy, caring and homely environment in which each child’s potential can be nurtured, and where there is time for joy and laughter in learning together. Through praise, encouragement and focusing on each child’s strengths, passions and interests, we support children in developing a positive self-image so that they can achieve their very best physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually.
We aim to work in partnership with parents throughout their child’s nursery journey through parent-teacher meetings, daily feedback on their child’s day, written reports, newsletters and social events. We value parents as their child’s first and most important educators, and we believe that partnership work is essential in order for their child to learn and thrive.
We believe that children learn to be strong and independent through positive and caring relationships. We aim to form positive relationships in the nursery between our children and our staff, and between our children themselves, all built on trust and confidence to ensure that their time with us is happy and enjoyable.
We aim to treat and value all of our children as individuals, and to celebrate diversity by respecting and appreciating everything that makes each child unique. Our staff promote a welcoming environment where diversity and values are respected. We believe that respect for others enables our children to be well prepared for life outside the Nursery environment.
At Ladybird, the health and safety of our children, staff and parents is of paramount importance. Health and safety is an ongoing commitment that is woven into everyday life across our nurseries whereby an ethos of safety awareness among our staff has been established through training and supervision.

We offer a wide range of bespoke activities to enhance our children’s learning experiences and spark curiosity.
All meals are freshly prepared daily on the premises by our own chefs and are carefully designed to provide good nutrition whilst making healthy-eating fun.
