Job description
We are looking for an unqualified or Level 2 Nursery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is keen to work with children in the early years and who loves to be creative and get messy. We are looking for someone with a positive can do attitude and the willingness for every child in your care to succeed. We are looking for someone who is ideally qualified at Level 2 (or above) or willing to undertake a qualification to become a Nursery Assistant. The role would suit someone who has experience of working in the early years, but we will consider candidates with no prior experience.
The ideal candidate will:
- be someone who is passionate about working in the early years
- be able to work as part of a team and use their own initiative
- be a Level 2 (or above) qualified Nursery Assistant or be willing to undertake a qualification (no cost to you, subject to eligibility)
- have commitment to the role
- have a fun, can do attitude
